In addition to special seminars on industry related events, TANE holds 4 major events each year.  They are:

Fall Finance & Regulatory Symposium

October 16 & 17, 2012

What started as a small seminar quickly grew into an annual event at which our Finance & Accounting and Legislative & Regulatory Committees come together for two days and educate attendees about finance, accounting and regulatory issues that they face every day.  Our committee members are experts in their fields and work with these issues every day so they provide an invaluable service to the association and the people who attend this symposium.

Spring Educational Symposium & Showcase
Sunday River Ski Resort, Newry ME
March 27 - 30, 2012

This weeklong event provides educational sessions and hands-on training for Outside Plant Personnel, Engineers, CO Technicians, Installers and Maintenance Technicians.  It is also the premier Vendor Showcase where our Associate Members have the chance to showcase their products and services.  It provides excellent networking opportunities for all attendees.

Telecom Survival Seminar
Red Jacket Resort, North Conway NH
May 16 & 17, 2012

This two-day session, brought to you by TANE's Sales & Service Committee, provides important information on industry specific issues related to all customer contact personnel.  In addition, attendees can gain experience in areas such as team-building, personal growth, and sales techniques.  Time after time we hear that the networking opportunities between industry peers is the most valuable asset of this seminar.

Annual Convention

After nearly 50 years of holding this event at the beautiful Balsams Grand Hotel in Dixville Notch NH, a change was in order due to their closing for renovations.  This year we are combining our Annual Convention with TAM's    to bring our Associate Members and Telephone Company "decision makers" together for 2 days of education, training, networking and even a little bit of relaxation.  It is at this event that we honor and recognize our many volunteers as well.
